Joining forces with an ancient pasta maker in the heart of Modena, with more than eight decades of experience, we forged a union that fuses their craftsmanship with our beloved recipes. In 1943, in the quaint charm of a Modenese village, began the journey of Natali, founded by Oliviero, affectionately known as Lello.

1970

It began with a humble grocery store, however, Lello's innate entrepreneurial spirit soon multiplied their efforts, resulting in not one, but four thriving businesses in the handmade pasta gastronomy sector.

1985

In the mid-1980s the baton was passed to Lello's son, Antonio, and his devoted wife, Maura. Together they breathed new life into Natali, transforming it into a haven of gastronomy and handmade pasta.

Emanuela and Massimo have transformed Natali, blending tradition and innovation. Their health-beneficial preservation method boasts a shelf life, without the addition of preservatives.

Today

With the third generation, Emanuela and Massimo have orchestrated another chapter in Natali's evolution. With a commitment to tradition and a respect for innovation, they have introduced new offerings, while the oasta remains lovingly crafted all by hand, a touch of modernity and freshness in flavors has emerged. A rich culinary passion runs through the veins of this extraordinary family, with techniques and wisdom passed down from generation to generation, Natali 1943 is now proudly 80 years old, a beacon of handcrafted excellence and unwavering dedication to tradition and quality!
